We kindly ask that all cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. Clients who arrive more than 20 minutes late may be subject to a 50% service charge or appointment cancellation, at the discretion of the stylist. Late arrivals may not be guaranteed service, as we want to respect the time of all clients. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
